Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of service users, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
- Develop and implement ongoing support plans and treatment strategies in collaboration with service users.
- Work closely with a diverse team of professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to support.
- Assist service users in setting and working towards their goals, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- A strong commitment to the well-being and rehabilitation of service users.
- Experience in substance misuse, support work, mental health, or criminal justice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of best practices in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
