Account Assistant Role

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. Our client, a well-established accountancy firm, is looking for someone with a passion for numbers and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Prepare tax returns and computations alongside the accounts work.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Basic Tax Advice
  • Analyse data and produce accurate reports.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying towards AAT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience of using cloud accounting software.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Sage software.
