We are seeking a highly skilled National Employer Engagement Manager to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our national employer engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing strategic relationships with national and regional employers.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of our contracts and operational divisions, including our wider network of training providers within the Social Recruitment Framework. You will work closely with employers to understand their social value agendas and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PeoplePlus Employer Engagement Strategy and be able to consultatively sell our portfolio of government Skills and Restart programmes, Justice programmes, and commercial You Can and Learning Plus offers. You will also have excellent analytical skills to analyze national and regional labour market intelligence and identify emerging employment needs, business threats, and opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years' experience working within the employability and/or recruitment sectors, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with employers and delivering results-driven solutions. If you have a strong network of employers and experience in a consultative sales/account management role, we would love to hear from you.

This is a remote working opportunity with national travel, offering a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact in the lives of employers and job seekers.
