Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Management Specialist to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that requires effective leasehold management, communication with stakeholders, and maintenance of procedures and policies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide quality and value within the residential environment for a wide mix of residents, Commercial Units, occupiers, and visitors by supporting the Property Manager (PM). Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective and efficient residential leasehold management including internal communication with the Property Manager, supply partners, and residents.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with resident representatives, including Owner's Associations, and encouraging frequent open communication and information flows on relevant building and estate issues.
  • Supporting site-wide communications across the residential app with newsletters, operational updates, and sporadic updates.
  • Forming strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Concierge.
  • Managing all contracted services for the Concierge and ensuring timely responses to queries.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a junior residential property management role (minimum 2 years) and must possess:

  • Leasehold experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • An understanding of residential leases and statutory regulations, including requirements under the Landlord and Tenant Act.
  • Detailed knowledge of RICS Service Charge Codes, Professional Statement, and regulations.
  • Strong IT skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
