Procurement Operations Coordinator

AWE Plc invites applications from motivated individuals for the role of Procurement Operations Coordinator. This exciting opportunity involves supporting Commercial Management in supplier onboarding, data analysis, and system maintenance.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. The position is located in RG7 4PR and features a 9-day working fortnight with flexible working arrangements.
Job Description:
- Manage approved suppliers' records and perform due diligence activities.
- Assist in data collection and validation for Service Centre reporting.
- Support the management of allocated supplier relationships.
- Ensure Fusion housekeeping is up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supplier management or supply chain is not essential.
- Transferable skills and experience of creating and maintaining records are desirable.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop constructive relationships.
