">Job Description
">As our Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service in Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood. Your primary focus will be on promoting a positive working environment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring quality care delivery.
">You will work closely with our care professionals to provide them with the necessary support, while also ensuring that our clients receive the right care tailored to their needs. A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this role.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">We are seeking an individual with previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor, and care manager. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
