Job Title: Audio and Visual Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Audio and Visual Technician to join our team at Kinly's Global Services. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment, Vision Mixing, Sound Mixing, and Camera Operation at various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain AV/VC equipment
  • Provide technical support to clients, their staff, and external clients
  • Event support including set up and operation of PA systems, VC systems, projection systems, etc.
  • Ability to operate Videoconference hardware (Microsoft Teams, Skype, Cisco, Webex, Poly, etc.) and troubleshoot any potential issues
  • Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment

As an AV Technician, you will be working independently or as part of a permanent-based AV team, providing technical support and maintenance to ensure seamless operations. You will also be required to travel to various sites within and around London, with occasional requirements to travel further afield.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with digital mixing desks, vision mixers, and camera controls
  • Industry-recognised AV qualifications
  • Polite manner and good communication skills
  • Good administration skills and sound knowledge of computer technology, PC applications, and networking
