We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to join our team at Figbury Lodge, a highly valued provider of care. As a key point of contact, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, promoting equality and diversity in line with our care principles of 'wellness, happiness, and kindness.'
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-class reception duties, including answering phone calls and managing deliveries
- Process invoices and time sheets with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the Home Manager with PA duties and communicate effectively with head office departments
- Manage cash finances, including petty cash, amenity funds, and residents' cash
- Coordinate the collation and validation of time sheets
- Ensure the safety of our service users and colleagues by being Health and Safety aware
