Behaviour Mentor Position in a London Secondary School

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with behavioural needs in a secondary school in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one classroom support to promote positive behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Manage low-level disruptions and help students with self-regulation.
- Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and a firm but empathetic approach when interacting with students and staff.
- Familiarity with SIMS for logging student progress is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Pay: £95-£105 per day, depending on experience.
