Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Pay Details: £16.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Culinary Specialist to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our students on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking breakfast, lunch, and supper for up to 50 boarders
  • Working with fresh seasonal ingredients to create delicious and nutritious meals
  • May include some counter service and till work
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area at all times

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Excellent cooking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
