As a Procurement Specialist with the NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit, you will play a key role in delivering high-priority national programmes that transform primary care.

Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team as a Commercial Lead. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of procurement professionals, reviewing performance, and developing expertise in specialist areas.

You will work closely with the NHS England Digital Primary Care Team to deliver national transformation programmes, improving access for patients as laid down in the Modern General Practice Model and the Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care.

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience, and understanding of current healthcare policy and its implications on engagement.
