Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Cost Control Specialist to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing costs and optimizing commercial performance across our infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing all costs related to infrastructure projects, including procurement, supply chain management, and risk assessment.
- Providing commercial support to senior members of the team, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to optimize project performance and value.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts, including NEC and FIDIC.
