About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Greggs team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, managing the team, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Get involved in food preparation and serving customers
  • Monitor and control inventory, stock, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability goals. If you have supervisory experience or experience within hospitality/retail and feel you are ready to step into a managerial role, we would love to hear from you.
