Cinema Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer services in a relaxed and friendly environment.

**Duties**:

- Engaging with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Supervision of the staff team on shift to ensure the achievement of the company standards/goals.
- Ensuring that all customers have a great experience and that every visit is made easy and fun for all customers.
- Ensuring any customer complaints are handled quickly and efficiently, referring appropriate issues to head office and always being happy to help.
- Leading by example and consistently driving forward Company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Interest in films and the cinema
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact

Pay: £11.75-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
