We are looking for a Defence Systems Engineer to join our team at Synergize Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the development of technical solutions within a multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maturing stakeholder needs, associating/attributing priority, interest, influence and trading-off needs to determine optimum capability to solve stakeholders' problems.

A strong background in test equipment design, including experience in full design lifecycle, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive difficult issues to conclusion.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be in the range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
