As an Electrical Vehicle Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting electrical components to work vans, ensuring compliance with company build quality standards and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble and fit electrical components to work vans
* Complete function checks upon installation
* Complete relevant documentation, including checklists and inspection/test sheets
* Ensure all work completed complies with relevant Health and Safety and legislation
* Diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting of electrical build issues
* Testing the feasibility of new products, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

* Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 within a vehicle electrician field of expertise
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to read electrical diagrams and experience of problem-solving techniques
* Willingness to improve processes and procedures
