An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Northumberland.
This care home provides residential care for individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, nursing care for those with complex medical needs, and respite care to give family members or friends a break.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As the Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Promoting independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
- Supporting the delivery of improvements and driving quality standards to enhance efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
- Ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all residents, employees, and visitors
- Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, ensuring staff supervision, and creating rotas to facilitate smooth operations. They will also have expertise in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services. Additionally, they will be able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology.
The successful Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £21.59 per hour and an annual salary of £42,661.84. We offer a range of benefits, including free meals, ongoing personal development, and career progression opportunities.
