An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Northumberland.

You will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care, ensuring the smooth running of the home and driving quality standards in line with CQC guidelines.

  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, working closely with the Home Manager.
  • Manage a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.

The successful Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £42,661 per annum, plus benefits including free meals, ongoing personal development, and career progression opportunities.
