About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticultural Team Manager to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of horticultural professionals in the maintenance and management of our green spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of horticultural professionals in the maintenance and management of our green spaces
  • Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of programmed maintenance
  • Take responsibility for the works on site, including timekeeping, productivity arrangements for breaks, dealing with members of the public, visitors to the site and deliveries
  • Proactively lead by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline
  • Operate and ensure others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded
