Horticultural Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticultural Team Manager to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of horticultural professionals in the maintenance and management of our parks and open spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of horticultural professionals in the maintenance and management of parks and open spaces
- Develop and implement horticultural management plans to ensure the health and safety of our parks and open spaces
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and report on team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Strong horticultural knowledge and practical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean driving licence
