We are seeking a confident and experienced Team Leader to join our Horticulture team in the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of horticultural professionals in the maintenance and management of our green spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong horticultural knowledge and practical skills.
- A confident person who can display good people management skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
