About the Role

As a Clinical Therapist - Developmental Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, working with neurodivergent children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your expertise in occupational therapy will help create bespoke assessment and intervention plans that cater to their unique needs. Your Responsibilities
You will implement a holistic approach to helping our pupils, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and healthy. This includes conducting individual assessments, preparing relevant documentation, and providing information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to maintain a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish. With a strong safeguarding culture, our settings prioritize the well-being and involvement of our pupils in all decisions affecting them. The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a recognized degree and valid HCPC registration. A Sensory Integration Qualification or part completion of the Postgraduate training pathway is desirable. You should have experience working with children and young people, preferably within an educational setting. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements.
