Job Description

This role will provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical services to children, adolescents, adults, and families following a person-centered approach and in accordance with our agency's policies and procedures.

You will assess, provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as needed, maintain accurate billing requirements, develop treatment plans, and complete discharge planning and coordination of care.

A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential for this role. You must be able to effectively engage with diverse individuals across all demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is mandatory; limited licensure may be acceptable, but full licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Strong use of time management and self-motivational skills.
