About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As a Support Worker, you will be helping to support a gentleman in his own home, providing companionship and assistance in planning and enjoying his daily activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a passion for cooking and getting crafty, which would be beneficial in meal planning and cooking with the gentleman you will support.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in friendly, positive conversations.
  • You are creative and enthusiastic, with the ability to bring new ideas and activities to the role.
  • You are reliable and compassionate, with the ability to be a consistent and caring presence in the gentleman's life.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £13.20 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role.
  • A full-time or part-time contract, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays, to ensure you have time to relax and recharge.
  • A supported 'Learn to Drive' scheme, where we cover the cost of up to 30 driving lessons and one theory/practical test.
