We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a clinical leader, you will play a pivotal role in reducing restrictive practices within our healthcare setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of the Safe and Supportive Observations (SASO) strategy, providing expert clinical practice and leadership to stakeholders. You will also promote co-production to manage observations, working closely with service users, their families, and carers.

This role requires a BSc/MSc/PG Dip in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and evidence of clinical post-registration training. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and associated packages, with experience in providing individual and group work interventions.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position comes with flexible working hours and the potential for a full-time position after the fixed term. A car is essential for regular travel across our inpatient wards.
