Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assessor to join our team at CV-Library. As a Medical Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing individuals with disabilities and providing recommendations for support.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Disability Evaluator in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' medical conditions and developing comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical conditions using your expertise as an RGN, RMN, RLND, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
  2. Develop detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective assessments
  4. Maintain accurate records of assessments and reports

Requirements

  • NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) OR a HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic with 1 year's or more broad post-registration experience
  • Someone who's proactive and keen to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Competent IT and computer skills
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
