Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Support and foster relationships with customers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell their products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to both dealers and potential customers, showcasing equipment features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales growth and development within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, as well as a valid driving license with a willingness to travel across the UK. Living within a commutable distance of Stafford, Staffordshire is essential.
