Role Overview
The position of Business Development Manager at Nicholas Clarke Associates Limited is available. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. They will support and foster relationships with customers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell their products.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and training to both dealers and potential customers, showcasing equipment features and benefits. You will also identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads from substantial and high-profile customers. Additionally, you will maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and industry trends to effectively address customer enquiries and create tailored solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record of success in Business Development within a B2B sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Strong presentation & negotiations skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
  • A valid driving license with the willingness to travel across the UK.
  • A practical working knowledge of Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Living within a commutable distance of Stafford, Staffordshire.
  • Experience of utilising a CRM system (desirable).
