Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Hotel Du Vin Exeter. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of therapists and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional spa experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of spa therapists to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement spa programs and services to meet the needs of our guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa area.
- Monitor and control spa inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of spa services with hotel operations.
- Contribute to the development of spa marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a spa management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High standard of personal appearance and presentation.
- Computer literate and proficient in spa management software.
