Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting psychological assessments and individual and group interventions under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support psychological assessments and individual and group interventions
  • Work under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist
  • Contribute to the development of the Complex Needs Service
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve service goals
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Graduate Membership of BPS
  • Experience of co-facilitating therapy groups
  • Ability to use routinely available spreadsheet/database software
  • Record of having published in peer-reviewed or academic or professional journals and/or books
