Support Teacher for SEN School

Reeson Education is looking for a passionate and experienced HLTA to support our team at a SEN School in Greenwich. As a Support Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping children with special needs reach their full potential.
- Long-term, full-time opportunity with potential for permanent contract
- Starting ASAP with paid trial days
This role requires a qualified HLTA who can lead small groups, provide one-on-one support, and help implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors. If you have experience working with children and young people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:- A relevant degree or teaching assistant qualification is preferred
- Experience working with children and young people is essential
- In-depth understanding of various special educational needs is required
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils. A solid knowledge of the National Curriculum and the ability to work independently are also essential.
