Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Air Pollution Control

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AAF International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the industrial air filtration market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and grow market share.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective sales coverage and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including end-users and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and applications, to ensure seamless customer support and technical expertise.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the industrial air filtration or HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of air pollution control technology and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
