Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Facilitator to join our dynamic team at Sway Place. As a Wellbeing Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities and programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Main Duties
  • Design and deliver activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Support residents in exploring new hobbies and interests, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
