Away Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team at Swanage Bay View Holiday Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the pool and gym.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment at the pool and gym, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
