As a Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool and gym. You will be the go-to person for any queries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the pool and gym areas are clean and hygienic, meeting all legal requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering guests' questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to be assertive and friendly.
  • Natural vigilance and a willingness to help, with a focus on guest safety and satisfaction.
  • A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
