Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our customers on their entitlements and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their entitlements and benefits
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential benefits and entitlements for customers
  • Support customers with paperwork completion and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate colleagues and customers about benefits and entitlements
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in government policies and regulations affecting benefits and entitlements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of benefits and entitlements in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
