As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and winning business through exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and providing a professional recruitment service.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients">
  • Expand the presence of the Commercial division">
  • Provide a comprehensive recruitment service">
  • Manage and resource a bank of available candidates">
  • Run a busy temporary desk">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous recruitment experience, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to succeed. You must also be able to develop and grow relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, show attention to detail, and possess a sales-oriented approach.

Salary:

Our estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
