We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our established Residential Team at Bayview. Located in Lancaster, this full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary with the potential for additional earnings through sleep-in shifts.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a family-oriented childcare environment, supporting children and contributing to their development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and creating a safe, supportive atmosphere for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the daily needs of children, including meal times, activities, and bedtime routines
  • Encouraging social skills, emotional growth, and independence in our residents
  • Participating in planning and implementing engaging activities, events, and outings
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly

The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with children, preferably in a residential setting. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners.
