**Residential Recruitment are currently seeking experienced staff for a residential children's home in need of a Support Worker. This role is to work in a home for children and young people. Must be a Driver Must have previous experience in a care/support worker position and be flexible to work shifts/weekends/sleeps**

- Clear progression plans
- Salary of between 25,000 - 29,000
- Sleep-ins paid additionally as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Residential Child Care preffered (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare/Support Worker position: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Residential Childcare (preferred)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
