Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Weekend Veterinary Support Associate to join our team. This role involves handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions. You will be the first point of contact during emergencies, relaying information to the veterinary team about patients en route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.

This position requires excellent communication and administrative skills. As a Weekend Veterinary Support Associate, you will work closely with our dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals to ensure seamless care for our furry friends.

Key Responsibilities
