As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and driving business performance through strategic planning and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and team members.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven leader with experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A results-driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
