About the Role

The Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients, including assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for preparing meals and snacks, managing medication schedules, and monitoring client health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Manage medication schedules and administration
  • Monitor client health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
