At BAE Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Submarine Safety Specialist to join our Safety & Environmental Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in safety engineering to make a real difference in the defence and marine sector.

The successful candidate will have experience in safety lifecycle management, with a strong understanding of safety engineering principles and practices. They will be responsible for contributing to the design of submarines, ensuring that safety from internal hazards is paramount.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple programmes, including the Dreadnought Programme/SSNA programme/Astute Programme and in-service vessels. We also offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
