About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team on Ward A11, a 27-bedded mixed Cardiology Ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and supporting our patients to achieve a rapid recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Provide individualized care, assist with patient hygiene and dressing, and meet the nutritional needs of patients while maintaining their dignity and respect.
  • Contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the ward area and maintain good documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and carry out ward clerical and IT tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Currently working or has worked in health or social care.
  • Patient Care Skills, Basic IT Skills, Communication Skills, Ability to work flexibly, and Ability to work as part of a team.
