We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Cambridge Premier Inn team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving hotel performance.
About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with our leadership and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
