Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
">- Produce HR reports to track employee data and trends.
- Provide payroll processing support to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee holidays and absences.
- Support the HR Advisor with administrative tasks, including minute taking and document preparation.
- Assist with employee life cycle processes from recruitment to exit interviews.
- Organise training and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain occupational health records and produce clinic schedules.
- Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Completion of 5S safety audits to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ad-hoc support to the Finance department as required.
About You:
">We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with previous experience working within Human Resources or payroll, preferably with a qualification in English and maths (GCSE or equivalent).
The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of a variety of IT packages, including Microsoft: Excel, Word and Outlook, and a valid driver's license and access to their own car would be beneficial but not essential.
