Therapist for Complex Family Cases

We are seeking a skilled Therapist for Complex Family Cases to join our MST-CAN Team in North-East Wales. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires an individual with expertise in Multisystemic Therapy to work closely with families at their homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive interventions to address specific problems and risk factors that brought families to the attention of Children's Services. By doing so, they will contribute to the safety and well-being of children, while also supporting parents and caregivers in overcoming challenges and improving their quality of life.
The salary for this position is approximately £38,000-£40,500 per year, reflecting the skills and qualifications required to excel in this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, generous family-friendly and work-life balance schemes, hybrid working arrangements, and other benefits.
Key Accountabilities:
- To deliver high-quality MST interventions to families at their homes
- To work closely with families to identify specific problems and risk factors
- To develop and implement effective intervention plans to address these issues
- To maintain regular contact with families and monitor progress
