Lidl in Deutschland is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Property Facilities Management Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will embark on a 23-month journey of learning and development, rotating through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our rapidly growing retail business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop expertise and management capabilities in Facilities Management
  • Rotate through our Facilities Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement, and other Head Office teams
  • Learn how a successful retail business operates from stores to logistics and supply chain
  • Develop into a role in your core area and take on real project responsibility
  • Gain exposure to a national Facilities Management team and learn the market inside-out

What You'll Need

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building Management, Engineering, or Business
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
