Kameo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our client in their exciting period of growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fantastic team, just north of Cambridge city centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager, maintaining high standards of communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. With a strong focus on process-driven environments, this role requires someone who can use their initiative and work well under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company staff pension, and life assurance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week, depending on business demands. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or strong administrative background, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accepting client instructions and initiating end-to-end survey and design delivery.
- Allocating jobs to surveyors and planners, tracking progress, and reporting back to the Project Manager and client.
- Maintaining project data and files.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a challenging administration/customer/project support role.
- Initiative and ability to absorb task requirements quickly.
- Commercial awareness and experience of working with project finances.
