About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Catering Manager to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers
  • Supervise and train our culinary and catering teams to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Oversee the efficiency of our catering operations, including inventory management and budgeting
  • Communicate effectively with our customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
